Most Picturesque Journey I came across-Ranikhet to Kausani.......Magical & Dreamy

Hey all

BJP or Congress???

Talk of the town ; it was decisive day !! Election results were to be out in few hrs. People were excited and nervous at same time!!! Wanting their favourite party to win. Shops were closed........... roads were empty.

And "Guess" what???

We have to proceed to Kausani, 60 kms from Ranikhet!!! At such a difficult time; Mr.Adhikari(driver uncle), an old man around 60 years, emerged as our "Savior". He initiated to drop us to Kausani; as hardly any driver was available on that particular day. As per scheduled, he reached early morning to pick us from our Guest House, in his "Old Maruti Van".

Bye Bye Ranikhet !!! Kausani here we come.....

So, there we go...... Initially half of the distance to Kausani is at inclination. Regular mountain route, nothing so special. But the special was the conversation between my Dad and Adhikari ji; pros and cons of BJP and Congress......which party should win......and so on, talks that lasted for the next 3 hrs. While I and my mom was busy looking through the window; enjoying the cold breeze of mountains, as it started raining a bit.

Truly speaking i was not expecting anything from this road trip, afterall thought back in mind was comeee-onnnn "IT'S JUST ANOTHER" regular mountain route. I just have to sit for next 3 hrs and probably will go to sleep.....but "BOOM BOOM".............

The "Best" of Ranikhet to Kausani starts from "Binta Village" to the "Someshwar Range". With picture perfect landscape , green lush padded fields, high mountains, fresh air, bit of rains........... it turned out to be the "Best Road Trip" ever.

As we commenced further towards the Someshwar Range, the beauty was beyond my imagination. I haven't being to Switzerland, but promises you that the picture perfect landscape here, won't be any less to any foreign location ............in any sense. On both sides of road, green lush padded fields were scattered and the houses were built on far away at mountains. It was so "Dreamy". Wishing to have my own house someday....... somewhere on those "Mountains"......haaaaaaaaa

I begged for more!! I wished this beautiful journey never ends!!! It was journey to the "Heaven" and I so wanted that these roads take me to "Infinity and Beyond".

Yes Yes Yes....it was the "Best of the Best"......road trip i ever had or dreamed off.
